Refund policy

Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging 

You can return items for an exchange/store credit only. We allow exchanges or store credit only within 10 days of receiving your order once it has met our exchange/store credit requirements. If 10 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange/ store credit.

Klarna Purchases – Special Terms

If you made your purchase using Klarna, you have the right to return your order for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, all returned items must be unopened and unused for sanitary reasons. Free return postage is provided for all Klarna purchases. Restocking fees do not apply to Klarna orders, and credit or exchange options are not available — refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after your return has been received and inspected. These terms are designed to align with Klarna’s buyer protection and our merchant protection policy.
